RETURNS POLICY

POLICY

Please email allthingscherishllc@gmail.com to begin the return process  

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from ALL THINGS CHERISH are eligible for store credit  within 7 days after delivery. 

 

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

 

Customer are responsible for return shipping.

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

 

SWIMWEAR, LEGGINGS, TIGHTS, STOCKINGS AND LINGERIE:

May not be returned

 

TOPS AND DRESSES:

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.

 

RETURNS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 7-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at allthingscherishllc@gmail.com  

  • You must contact allthingscherishllc@gmail.com within 7 days after items are received.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Grooming products, pierced jewelry or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Please keep all shipping information in case your items are lost in transit
  • We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. 
  • Some items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
